Tuna Salad with Dill Vinaigrette

Adapted from Allrecipes

This is a great salad for those wanting to eat a light meal, but not lose out on flavor.


Large bunch of leafy greens
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 cans tuna, drained
1 jar Kalamata olives
crumbled Feta
1 cucumber, diced
3 tomatoes, diced

Dressing:
6 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
2 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Drain tuna and add salt and pepper. Combine salad ingredients, serving the tuna on the side. In a small bowl, combine dressing ingredients and mix well. Enjoy!
